Sally Riker is Founder and CEO of Terminus Transformation Group and a Collaborator with Pontem Resources. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.

As an equity partner with an A/E/C firm, Sally helped drive growth from a small business to a mid-size powerhouse. Her marketing, sales, and branding efforts broadened the firm’s reach into ten diverse market sectors, including infrastructure, real estate, and transportation.

Sally is known as an industry connector, serving on a variety of boards focused on public policy improvements. When she is not contributing her time and talents to these endeavors, Sally can be found traveling the world or spinning on her Peloton bike.
