Kerstin Thulé

Client & Executive Coordinator

Kerstin Thulé supports Pontem Resources’ internal administration and client needs. She brings stakeholder coordination and property analysis to her client engagements.

Kerstin provides a key role for a CID client pursuing $30 million in area infrastructure on behalf of 100 commercial property owners. Kerstin also provides research and analysis for clients and governments seeking to create CIDs in other commercial areas.

Kerstin is an Atlanta native with an interdisciplinary master's degree in urban studies from Georgia State University. Before that, she earned a B.S. in Ecology from the University of Georgia.

Kerstin’s comfort in the lab and field serves her well as she applies her knowledge to the people, places, and policies that impact the built and natural environments.
