What if you could turn $32,000 into more than $6.7 million?

This is an ROI for one of my clients, a group of commercial real estate owners and investors. Working together, each of them is able to turn a $32,000 average investment into a much larger sum.

We do this through the power of leveraging funds. “Leverage” for us does not mean incurring debt or borrowing. Instead, it means $1 contributed gets multiplied by attracting greater sums. In this case, another $200 for every $1. This financial strategy allows owners to multiply their initial investments exponentially.

First, our commercial real estate owners leverage their money among other owners. We’ve raised about $3.2 million this way. Next, our real estate owners use the first tranche of funds to leverage even more money from government sources. This second tranche has raised another $3.5 million to date, for a total of $6.7 million.

The money is used to improve local infrastructure. Without this financial strategy, important infrastructure improvements would be too cost-prohibitive for individual owners. Without the improvements, their site’s competitiveness suffers.

All rolled up, our average CRE owner has turned a $32,000 investment into $6.7 million. Or, for every $1 provided by an owner, it’s multiplied more than 200-fold.

Win-win.
